We are currently looking for experienced and pro-active Hotel Receptionists to offer exceptional customer service to our guests. As the first and last face our guests see, this role is key for a lasting impression.
• Smart and friendly with a sparkling personality, you will welcome guests in, deal with bill settlements and generally attend to our guests’ needs.
• Minimum of one year hotel reception experience with excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Previous Opera computer experience is essential.
• Due to the nature of the role, flexibility with working hours is a must.
• ACCOR brand experience will be a major advantage.
