It is best to park first before entering Mercure Nottingham City Centre Hotel. Due to our prime city centre Lace Market location, access to the front of the hotel is sometimes restricted due to a semi-pedestrianised system.
The best place for parking in Nottingham is the Lace Market Car Park on Pilcher Gate which is only three minutes’ walk from Mercure Nottingham City Centre Hotel. This car park offers special discounted parking rates for our hotel guests. Lace Market Car Park can be reduced to £5.00 per 12 hour period. Therefore if you intend to only park for 1-12 hours Lace Market Car park would be the preferred choice. This is payable direct to the car park and cannot be paid at the hotel. Please have your ticket stamped at reception before you leave the hotel to obtain the discount. Once tickets are stamped, you have 15 minutes to remove your vehicle from the car park.
Street parking is also available near Mercure Nottingham City Centre Hotel and, during certain hours, you can take advantage of on street meter parking in Nottingham. George Street, at the front of the hotel, is the closest but only has a few spaces. Heathcoat Street is behind the hotel and has many more Nottingham parking spaces.
