The hotel staff were amazing. Friendly, attentive, and recommended some places to go as it was the first time me going there. Was amazing to stay in a place were Lord Byron, Elizabeth Taylor, and Charles Dickens have all stayed. As the oldest hotel in Nottingham, it definitely proved to me why. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, nothing was over done or under done.

Great value, staff and experience
What a great find, staff at reception were great. The room was exceptionally clean and had extras which was appreciated, eg body lotion/conditioner etc. Comfortable bed. The standard of breakfast was outstanding, good quality food and fresh fruit. The whole experience exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We would definitely stay there again

Perfect location right in the heart of the City Centre large clean room and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Bars and restaurants on the hotel doorstep, train station theatre and casino a ten minute walk. Perfect for a weekend getaway

Amazing service
Amazing service from Darren front of house, got us checked in early, gorgeous room, well prepared, super happy here! Location is easy to get to, and a Wetherspoons opposite! Gorgeous building!
