Nice hotel, in a great location to experience Nottingham. The room was nice and comfortable, and all the staff were very friendly. The cost for all this is really good compared to other hotels.

The staff were lovely, professional kind and helpful. Lovely big room close to lift, two steps great for people with mobility problems. Breakfast was delicious, The hotel is in the centre of Nottingham so great position.

Nice location but a bit shabby and feels like a layer of IKEA was painted over a classic old hotel.

Warm reception staff, good breakfast, room had all the facilities I needed, gym was also good. Overall a good experience.

The guy on reception was friendly, efficient and helpful. He sorted a little issue we had in seconds then later another member of staff gave us tips on where to eat. Next morning the service in the restaurant was again helpful and efficient and the selection available to my wife who is gluten and dairy free was fantastic. The hotel is right in the town centre so perfect for us as we were attending an event around the corner.

Amazing location and the staff were really quick to fix missing towels for a group of three. Air conditioning was amazing in a heatwave!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Nottingham,lovely decor,comfortable big bed and lovely helpful Darren on reception.we will definitely be back.also great communication from reception
