"The staff were extremely helpful and polite, both at reception and in the breakfast room where the service was excellent. Our room was extremely comfortable as was the bed. The bathroom was well appointed and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of fresh fruit and delicious cooked breakfast. Excellent location for the Motorpoint Arena and the City Center. Will stay here again for another event at the Arena."
Decent price, excellent location, decor could do with a little updating
"Bed was very comfortable, I liked the fact it was in the centre of town and lots of shops were around the area. There was a bar downstairs which served drinks in the evening and breakfast had a decent range of options."

Brilliant location
Room was lovely. Decoration was quirky and interesting. Bed was enormous, coffee machine was an added bonus. Breakfast was better than expected. And liked the decoration that celebrated the history of the building.

Beautiful hotel
Stunning hotel, their smallest rooms are plenty big enough. All the extras (tea coffee water) in the room for you to use were lovely. Breakfast and staff were excellent.
