Good welcome tray of tea and coffee, biscuits. Clean and all facilities provided, even an ironing board.

The ladies at reception were perfectly lovely. The decor is really cool. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The bed was very comfy.

The hotel staff were amazing. Friendly, attentive, and recommended some places to go as it was the first time me going there. Was amazing to stay in a place were Lord Byron, Elizabeth Taylor, and Charles Dickens have all stayed. As the oldest hotel in Nottingham, it definitely proved to me why. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, nothing was over done or under done.
