Returning couple for 12 year

We return each year to this hotel as we got married in Nottingham 10 years ago. We appreciated the room upgrade. Hotel was it's usual clean self and breakfast consistently good. New triple glazing really helps reduce noise from the street but we do miss being able to open the windows occasionally to get some fresh air.

The hotel is central perfect for all our needs close to train station the staff at the hotel were so friendly approachable . We were greeting with a smile . We were given advice about a local theatre we needed to find . Breakfast was perfect lots choice . Again the staff were friendly professional. Very helpfull . Our room was so comfortable . Nice and warm . Clean and fresh ..we will stay here again

A lovely hotel, love the feel of the place, warm and cozy, great location, great facilities, the staff are all friendly and do a great job, lovely breakfast choices, everywhere clean and fresh, have stayed here a few times now and will be staying again when I next have a gig wkd

Been going to this hotel for a while and they have the best staff, best rooms and best location. Theirs nothing they cannot do for you.

The staff were so warm and friendly - helped us with taxis and told us lots of history about the building.

Chris and Darren were so helpful and cheery. The location is great and the rooms are so unique and clean. We met Sophia the chef and they were very friendly and breakfast was delicious Would definitely recommend staying here as it's welcoming and nicer than a usual corporate chain
