Only stayed for one night but never fails to impress from the lovely reception team to the excellent breakfast to wake up too. The room as always was spot less and the bed as comfortable as ever, With the Christmas market only a 2 minute walk away Until the next time.

We always stay here when we come to nottingham and it never disappoints! The staff is always amazing and the breakfast is one of the bests in town. We can see the hotel is going through a refurbishment so we can't wait to come back when it's all finish. Thank you Mercure Team for always welcome us. Until next time...

Great stay in central location

Booked City Pad room for overnight stay after a night out in Nottingham. Chosen mainly for location. A bit on the pricey side but it was two Fridays before Christmas so to be expected for city centre Nottingham. City pad rooms are small, but perfect for one - I wouldn't want to share! Breakfast was buffet style and very good quality. Great service from arriving to departing. Will definitely stay again if in the city again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The suite was quirky and fun and very comfortable and quiet. The hotel is steeped in history which they managed to incorporate with modern amenities such as Alexa and espresso coffee machines. Good location for independent bars and restaurants.
