Great town centre hotel experience.

The guy on reception was friendly, efficient and helpful. He sorted a little issue we had in seconds then later another member of staff gave us tips on where to eat. Next morning the service in the restaurant was again helpful and efficient and the selection available to my wife who is gluten and dairy free was fantastic. The hotel is right in the town centre so perfect for us as we were attending an event around the corner.

Amazing location and the staff were really quick to fix missing towels for a group of three. Air conditioning was amazing in a heatwave!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Nottingham,lovely decor,comfortable big bed and lovely helpful Darren on reception.we will definitely be back.also great communication from reception

We came for my daughter's graduation, the hotel gave us good access to restaurants,shops and bars. The staff were friendly and very supportive.

We arrived in 30 degrees heat and were met with a lovely cool reception area and very friendly and helpful reception staff. Our room was bright and airy, very comfy bed and nice big bathroom. The central location was perfect for us and the car park just a few minutes walk away. All the staff we met were very friendly and made our stay most enjoyable.
