Staff very kind and helpful who made my staying relaxing. Elegant spacious and clean room, perfect to rest after a busy day. I also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect as well. I will surely come back!

Just had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the lovely Sophia on reception (sorted out the car park ticket...no problem...) and the brilliant staff that served us a yummy full English breakfast this morning (apologies....didn't get our server's name ...just said 'trainee' on your badge but you know who you are & obviously you'd get the job if it were up to me!!) Plus all the other breakfast crew . Just lovely & of course all Covid safety standards were observed but didn't feel intrusive.
Brilliant city centre location with minimal noise.
Gorgeous bathroom will nice toiletries. Well stocked minibar with free soft drinks. Cheers for the upgrade to a suite (originally in Privilege King room).

Do not look anywhere else, this is the place to stay in Nottingham
From the first contact with Sabrin via email to meeting the staff like Sophie on the reception, everything about our stay was perfect and I do not say that lightly. The hotel is gorgeous and quirky and it is perfectly located in the centre of everything. Park in the Lace Market Car Park as it is a very easy 3 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel has great rooms with TV, wifi and aircon and offers a great breakfast in the morning. Everything during these Covid times feels safe and well thought out. Book a room here if you are staying in Nottingham and say hi to the staff from me :-)
Excelente experience
The hotel experience was fantastic. Sophia was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. All the staff members were lovely and helped us with everything ( e.g. directions, bags, parking, etc). We extremely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, great location
Two night stay, very impressed with the decor of this hotel and the helpfulness of the staff - it's in a great location for both the city centre and also the bars and restaurants of the Lace Market. Everything felt very well organised and safe and the staff were very accomodating, especially Darren. Thank you and we shall return.

It was just a one stay but we really liked this hotel. It is centrally located within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Our room was very spacious and very clean. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Our breakfast which was served to us, not buffet style, was excellent. We booked a time to have breakfast and service was very swift.

Big, comfy bed and a very nice breakfast.Only small gripes were that the toiletries were a bit small and the ironing board had seen better days, but they're minor things. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.
Amazing stay!!
We went Nottingham for a short break and decided to stay at Mercure Hotel. The room was great and very spacious, everything clean and the staff were beyond friendly!! 100% best customer service offered at a hotel. Will definitely come back!
