The hotel is lovely and clean. Reception staff very attentive and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better service from the hotel staff and such a lovely hotel. Such a lovely place to stay as it's the oldest hotel in Nottingham.

Amazing service from Darren front of house, got us checked in early, gorgeous room, well prepared, super happy here! Location is easy to get to, and a Wetherspoons opposite! Gorgeous building!
