Chris and Darren were so helpful and cheery. The location is great and the rooms are so unique and clean. We met Sophia the chef and they were very friendly and breakfast was delicious Would definitely recommend staying here as it’s welcoming and nicer than a usual corporate chain

The rooms are wonderful
The rooms are wonderful and quirky. Massive windows let in floods of light, but the block out curtains make it nice and cozy. The location could not be more central, and is only one short tram stop from the train station. You walk out the front door and you are smack bang in the middle of everything. Jessica at the front desk is lovely and very helpful. I really appreciated her making us feel so welcome.
