Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable bed, great location and lovely breakfast. Staff were friendly and polite, would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights with my girlfriend. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Location was the best I’ve had when staying in a city. Room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was really good and could help myself to as much or as little as I wanted. Staff were really nice. Very chatty and friendly unlike some hotels I’ve been in. Really good. I’d certainly try other Mercure Hotels now after having stayed at this one.

Fab hotel. Stayed 2 nights for work. Nice big room with coffee machine and fridge. Staff really nice and friendly. Great location for bars and restaurant. Will defo stay again.

The location was perfect. It was a few minutes walk from the Motor point arena and Stoney street car park..it was also on the edge of the city centre so just a minute from all the shops. I thought it might be loud due to the location but it was very quiet. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The building was beautiful.
