The Jive Aces play at Peggy's Skylight in Nottingham!
It would appear that our friends over the road are reeling in some of the best talent going for shows this year, you may remember that we recently wrote a blog about the outstanding James Brown is Annie performing.
Peggy's Skylight have done it again! This time with the UK's number one Jive and Swing band, The Jive Aces. Since getting together the band have become world renowned for their incredible stage presence and high-energy performances and showmanship. They were also the first ever live band to reach the finals of Britain's Got Talent.
Renowned worldwide for their high-energy spectacular showmanship, & for being the first live band to reach the final rounds of Britain's Got Talent, The Jive Aces have firmly established themselves the UK's No.1 Jive & Swing band.
This power-house of a sextet have become so increasingly popular since their debut that they now average around three hundred shows a year and have even performed for her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The new albums Diggin' The Roots Vol.1 Rockin' Rhythm & Blues and Vol.2: Hot Jazz are a journey into the two branches of music that makes up the Jive Aces signature sound, proving that vintage music is very much timelessly classic.
The Jive Aces will perform two shows at Peggy's Skylight on Friday 3 February 2023. The Twilight show will commence at 6 pm and the highlight performance will take place at 8.30 pm that night. Tickets are between £10 - £17 and can be purchased directly on the Peggy's Skylight website.
